I just created this site last month, but simply because im a designer, and needed to create a few projects that i could show off.
I just don't have the time to actually keep up a site like that, which is actually more popular than expected. For whatever reason the search engines love the site, and the forum already has had "Threads: 117, Posts: 172, Members: 22" and i've made about $17 USD with the adsense in month #1, so there is difenite potential there for someone who has the time.
I will sell everything you see here - http://theufc.org and i can do a database backup of the vBulletin forum for you, but i cant sell my licence for that.
