Hey This is a project that I have been working on for quite some time! It runs on a subdomain at the moment, but I would be happy to set up the subdomain so that it sends the user to the sites new location.
Everything you see here comes with the price - the script , the layout etc.
If you need help installing the script that can also be arranged, althogh its pretty much cut and paste.
Both the script and the layout of this site are unique!
The hits vary quite a lot, the site is listed on several random sites, including digg.
A file upload service is a great way of making monay you can get good ad placement around the upload button. Also you can charge members for GOLD membership (although i never bothered to set this up).
