This site features a custom made content management system coded from scratch, as well as well over 1200 videos + thumbnails.
The script has a rating/commenting system, and allows users to upload videos to the site for your review.
The script's user database is compatible with phpbb... so you can setup a forum, and have all the users post with their existing accounts.
Currently its receiving 600 uniques per day ( eXTReMe Tracking), but if the new owner takes the time to upload the content to a bunch of link dumps, you can easily maintain 2000-5000 uniques daily, which equals about $20-30/day from adsense (based on a similar site with similar traffic). I will provide the winning bidder with a large list of link dumps where you can dump your content daily, and get free traffic.

The script is still being developed (very slowly) so I will provide you with any major updates as they come.
Video files take up 5.7GB of disk space. Its recommended that you have a 10mbps unmetered server for serving the videos. 10mbps will be sufficient until your site is getting 15,000 uniques per day.
