I want to sell a website that I have and don't know how much to ask for it? how could you estimate it? what factors would count most and with how much?

Profit is the main factor. You should estimate the value of your website between 6-24 months of profit.

Then you have the PageRank, the level of traffic, the quality of backlinks, the quantity & quality of content, the brandability of the domain name, the kind of industry it is in, the potential of growth..
