Hi,

I need to get rid of two finance sites, DebtApple.com and Loanapple.com. LoanApple.com has a PR4 subdomain at securedloans.loanapple.com with around 20 visitors/day, and DebtApple.com is a PR3 blog with around 25 visitors/day. Both are in high CPC AdSense niches and can easily be turned to make a profit.

4. Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? Around 300 uniques each.
5. How does the site generate income? How much? - No income but good for AdSense/CPC.
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? - No time, DebtApple blog can be updated as & when you like.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? just hosting, say $5-$10
8. Reason for selling? - Clearing out sites to work on new ones.

11. What all does the site include? Er, the websites include, well, the websites.
12. Asking price for the site? $247 BIN for both. - UPDATE $197 for both, need quick sale.

Also note loanapple.com/index_articles.html was PR5 for months, the old articles I think have made this page PR0, but change/delete the stale content, get the PR5 back, and it's worth 3-5 times as much.

how does form work with matching the user up to company to help with dept??

Hi lgjhost,

It's an affiliate debt form, users fill in the form, it enters a lead marketplace and gets sold as an exclusive lead to the highest bidder.
