Just currious when I look at the site eigther in ie 7 or FireFox the Google ads are ontop of pictures and content must be a problem with layout/ format will this be fixed?

I have check the site in firefox and it's working fine in my side

That's because you have a small resolution. Try looking at it in 1280x1024
