hey folks
i am looking to buy a css ekeleton of a layout i want..
header with navbar and ad banner , 3 columns amd a footer

basicly its very simple kind of like the layout shown here

i will profive all images needed and i just need the basic html all dont in divs with the header and nav working in all browsers.

i do not need any content added.
this should take around 30 mins to complete maybe even less if someone knows css better then i do.
