Paydaypedia is a small site with around 90 pages indexed in Google:

"Payday Loans" is a very high paying category in pay per click advertising, so I built the site for mainly adsense revenue, but then lost interest in the subject (happens a lot).

So far (since January) earned around $15 in adsense revenue. I have no idea about affiliate earnings since I didn't bother to check, and I am presuming I didn't earn anything.

Most of the content comes from free-to-republish articles gathered from the internet. This is supposed to be an informational site about payday loans, after all.

No information about site traffic. Presume there is none.

It is a PR1 domain registered with Namecheap.com. Static site (no backend). Domain expires 05-Jan-2007.

While I agree that payday loans are not the most interesting of products, it is a fact that the payday loan industry is a multi-million if not billion dollar industry. This time of year is especially hot for payday for obvious reasons. (jingle bells, batman smells....

)

In a real basic sense the higher the PR or page rank which comes from Google Toolbar the higher the ranking will be amongst terms searcned relative / and specific to the site. Or the higher position concievably the site will have when searching through Google. So should hold a higher value with a higher PR.
