MySpace Resource Site with Clean Custom Design, lots of potential

Today I'm selling a site i've worked hard on getting up, my MySpace Resource site- MySpace Concepts.
I haven't had it running for long but there is huge potential in it, I will also throw in a MySpace account that has 1.5k friends as a bonus.
The design on the site is custom and the script it runs on is the script at mscms.com (Costs $90).
The reason i'm selling is I would like to put more of my time into a new project, plus I have been getting really busy lately and don't have time to promote/run it.
I will help assist with the transfer of it to your server but the new owner will have to upload the files to their server thereself.
I know the traffic isn't great but as I said this site has a lot of potential.
Revenue Details:
It has made a dollar here and there a day through adsense but with more promotion you could earn your money back easy.
Only added adsense 3 days ago but yesterday it had 11 clicks with only 839 impressions, if you improve the traffic to the site you could make a tonne.
Traffic Details:
Traffic has been mostly from the MySpace account and posting bulletins.
