Let me clarify.

The first buyer bid on Sept 8 (you can see in the public post time stamp.)
He agreed to pay but the money didn't come.

So, I sold the site to the other buyer (who BIN yesterday).

Today, I got both buyer's payment, so I had already refunded money to the first buyer as he didn't complete the as promised.

I had PM both buyer and explained them in details, but as you are interested to knoiw the result, so I explained here.
