Ok guys I'm selling my baby! Unfortunately I was not approved for OSAP (government education loan) this year so I have to pay for my tuition. This is a very nice proxy site. With the kind of traffic this site gets selling text links should be a breeze... and it is!
I only found out that I will not be getting my tuition loan in the last few days, so I already have people advertising on the site. If you buy this site you will have to keep the advertisements until they expire (most of them are until end of September).
I prefer for the buyer to make the payment VIA Electronic Transfer or through the bank because the paypal fees are just crazy! I am will take paypal if the buyer is willing to cover at least half of the fees.
Revenue Details:
Most of the revenue comes from selling text links. With the current page rank of the site and the amount of pageviews and traffic this site gets it's REALLY easy.
I also put adsense not too long ago and the site is making around $3/day.
