6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?

All content is submitted by users. The site has scripts to monitor what users submit and delete entries when appropriate. I do not log onto the site daily, it practically runs itself.

7. What is the monthly cost of running the site?
Monthly, the site uses anywhere from 4 to 7 GB bandwidth and less than 100 MB of space. I pay less than $8 per month for hosting for Prankified and 5 other sites.

8. Reason for selling?
This site is definitely my pride and joy so I want to see it do well. When I started it more than three years ago I never thought it would grow this large. It has plenty of potential but I do not have the time to put into generating additional sources of income for the site.

9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes, I have rewritten the majority of the scripts numerous times and kept them up to date with my knowledge of PHP. Everything runs off of databases and all the password/user information is stored in one file so it should be very simple to transfer to a new owner. As I said I love this site and want to see it do well so I will always be willing to help.

10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
No ezine or newsletter

11. What all does the site include?

This site has a lot of original content and tons of potential. With a little bit of work getting advertisers this site could triple in size and income within a few months. I have not put any work into advertising this site besides a few banners and text links. There are a lot of very good features in this site that make it attractive to users and advertisers alike. I am willing to discuss anything further with potential buyers.

I am interested in the site....

I am trying to figure out the sites current revenue. It looks like the site is making about $30 to $50 per month. Is this accurate?

Also, is the forum active? The link goes to an error page.

The forum is not currently active. Something happened about two months ago and I have not had the time to fix it. I will send you more specific details about that in a PM.

I do not and never have kept very accurate stats on my revenue, another time issue as of late, but with adsense and my main affiliate zymetrical and other sources I do make around that much.
