I am looking to sell www.lastminutevillaholiday.co.uk which is a website relating to private villa rentals worldwide.
The site has been my baby for the last 2 years. The revenue is roughly about $1500 a month through different means. Adsense is making between $199 and $300 per month the rest of the revenue is coming from private owners listing their properties on the site which costs $100 a year for them to advertise. The other commission is coming from agents that deal with properties who pay for every booking they get from us. The other revenue is coming from our web promotion package which we offer to villa owners in building them sites and promoting them on the search engines.
The site gets 2000-4000 visitors a month and over 15000 pages views. It is highly ranked in the search engines and there is a lot of people who use the site for booking their holidays. The site has an awful lot more potential to get more traffic and revenue. I just don't have the time anymore to give this site the time is deserves.

A lot of time will be needed on the site to promote it and to deal with enquiries that come through the site for holidays or for the web promotion package. There is a forum integrated that has just been setup this will also need to be administered.
