Updating
I haven't updated it in over 6 months. There is not CMS but it would be easy to make one as the database is just 3 tables (pictures (including ratings), categories and useronline). Both sites use the same table structure so you could easily make a script to update both.

Paypal only. I would prefer to sell both sites together but would just sell one.
