The only reason im giving up my 2 babies, is because I need a fresh start with a bit of cash on hand. When I first started my business up exactly 1 year ago, I was in a bit of debt so It was hard making money when you couldn't spend any.
Now I basicly live off these 2 websites, and slowly climbing out of debt, but now I just want to kinda have a fresh start.

www.MPOGR.com, is a top gaming site, like Apexwebgaming.com and topwebgames.com games. It was created about 6 months ago and was already revamped once (version2). This site has grown very big over the last 3 months and it's still growing. Not only does it make good money and always has people wanting to advertise, but you can also use it to promote your own games. Monthly income for this site is very different from each month, www.mpogr.com/advertise.php, if you take a look at the prices I have, some months you can make $1,000 in a single sale. Last month was alright, making $650.

www.RiseOfWar.com is currently my best game online right now. With a bit of work and polish, maybe some fresh idea's, this site could definitly make alot more then what it already does. This game makes at least $10-15 thousand a year. Heres the monthly income, since last november, when I first released it. (Summer sucked). www.riseofwar.com/xcum.php
MPOGR I won't go for less then $15 thousand, even though RoW makes more, MPOGR can be used to promote yourself and others.
Rise of War im letting go for $10 thousand.
The codes for these 2 sites WILL NOT be resold, I would respect the person who wants these, to not ruin these games by reselling them to hundreds of other people.

Games come with domain names of course.

And for a deal.. if you want to buy both of them, i'll let them both go for $20,000, which saves you $5,000.

those prices are pretty high...BIN is usually about 10 months revenue, and you dont always get that

Yea, prices may be pretty high for you, i'd love to be someone with that kinda money.

Unfortunely, these 2 sites are my babies, my best ones and I do live off the income they both provide. The amount that I want, is for 12 months, and I won't go cheaper as "I know", the sites are worth that much, and will continue growing over the years.

Rise of War if you have money to promote (which i don't), could increase the income very fast, to $2,000 even $3,000 a month.

There is already 2 people interested on other forums i've posted this same offer.

why dont you offer someone a lease to purchase option...and then maybe they can work on developing it further as well as pay you the monthly fee to lease buyout. Then it could make sense to a prospective buyer. :-)

I don't do leases, It's not like I want to sell these websites, although a fresh start would be nice. The price I ask for, is what i've made from these sites over the past year.

A few people are already interested, some tell me don't sell, some tell me I should ask for more, and some say it's too much, again.. don't care. They either sell for the asking price or I keep them.

I'm happy either way really.

(I have proof of traffic, income, everything, these are well developed websites)

If you are not interested at all, don't bother posting.

i looked at your riseofwar.com site, and it needs a lot of improvement, not really sure if it is worth the price, but i love the name.
