This is very new domain, ~10-12 unique hit... i didnt do any promition for it otherwise this site have potential to attract great quanity of myspace users.

No, this domain has not been banned, I have just removed the Adsense Publishers ID at the moment. i do not have YPN as i resides outside US.

Once you buy it you can change the domain name and use it as you wish.

A lot of people have contacted me to ensure this is a legitimate MSRS license before they bid/purchase so if you could contact me with your SH email that would be great. You can do it on the Build Revenue forums to ensure security as well. Once done I will post here verifying this license is legit, but until you do that I can't confirm the license.
