Due to other projects I am forced to sell my newest site although it is making some $$$ but I don't have the time to run and promote it to its potential. The site is an SE friendly directory and has had almost 1000 submissions in the past month with several paid listings. The domain is only a month old but already being indexed and is registered for another 11 months. Buyer is responsible for setting up the site on their own host provider. I will have all the sites files and database available via FTP for the winning bid.

Have you been advertising this with ppc or anything similar? Can you tell us a little where the traffic is coming from?
Directories need lots of traffic to be worth a while so I just want to get an idea of how sustainable the current stats are.

No PPC or Paid links all traffic comes from directory lists of free web directories and through people that run directory submission services that I have contacted and had them add my free directory to their lists for their clients so the traffic is good and steady.
