i have lots of web ideas but i don have money to invest !!! can i sell my ideas ??? how???? plz help

Develop them yourself using open source or free software then sell them yourself from a website.
If you don't believe in them no one else will and it's probably easier than getting someone to give you money.

but some of my ideas need money to develop like i need sms gateway. No 1 provides actual free sms gateway. Like this so i want to sell my web ideas directly.

Sorry to say those are common stuff. Your ideas dont even worth 1% of what each of us has. Try do more brainstorming mate.

Ideas are a dime a dozen. I would recommend taking your best idea and developing that.
