Make offer, it needs to go fast. I have an expanding project that is growing at a rate much faster then I have ever dreamed. This site has many streams of revenue and Ad Sense works good on it too. Look it over it is pretty simple and pretty much an auto pilot site.

Daily Avg. is 80 hits and this site has been on my backburner since I stopped with the adsense program. Not looking to get much for it, I just need the server space and I think it could really do well in the right hands. I would just hate to see the PR go down and it do nothing.
