I am looking to sell two of my Myspace resource sites. www.premadelayouts.biz and www.hottmyspacelayouts.net Both sites have traffic and average $90 per month each ($180 combined) in earnings through YPN. The sites traffic comes from search engines, link exchanges, and people using the layouts an such on their profiles NO PPC has been used on these sites so all the traffic is FREE.
I missed the last PR update but both sites are predicted to be PR4 at the next update (prediction stats below)
I have done alot of SEO work on these sites and their rankings continue to climb every week as more incoming links are indexed. I have had each site submitted to 250 directories and have done 100 article submissions as well for a good number of one way links. Also I have bought and added the admin mod for the script sold on DP that lets you manage all layouts, backgrounds, and graphics from the admin CP.
