Quick sale wanted:

kokopelli.ws - PR5

• Description: I've had the domain since 2004. It's an active "Kokopelli" Amazon shop with added content since April this year. Solid PR5 with several internal PR4 pages too (I made some changes recently with an upgrade in the script and a few page URLs changed, but the old ones are being 301 redirected to the new ones, so they will pickup PR again soon). I've never actively promoted this website and it mostly gets natural search engine traffic.
• Traffic details:
  • 746 uniques (10,796 hits) in Nov, 223 uniques (3954 hits) in Dec to date
  • More stats
  • Mostly search engine traffic: MSN, Google, Ask Jeeves, Yahoo (in that order)
  • "kokopelli" is a very popular search term (e.g. 1,700,000 results in Google). This site is #7 on MSN for the search term "kokopelli". Also #8 on MSN for "kokopelli jewelry" (#18 on Google, etc.). High rankings for other terms too, but this can of course be much improved with some active SEO.
• Revenue details:
  • Adsense: $28.45 since May 31 (averages about $4.50/month)
  • Amazon: approximately $2,130.11 in sales = about $150 commission since June (= about $355 sales/month = about $25 commission/month). Sales are picking up and most sales have been made in November and this month. (Sales are based on the shopping cart notices from the AOM script)
• SEO details:
  • 759 backlinks (backlinks over which I have control will stay for at least 6 months)
  • Well-indexed: 2,540 pages in Google, 78 in Yahoo, 333 in MSN, etc.
• Minimum offer: $350
• BIN $650

Please note, the site is sold with the free version of the AOM script although it presently runs on the paid version. If you buy the script, I will leave the site as-is.

Payment via verified PayPal account (no eChecks).

A bit more info I supplied in reply to a PM question:

The site has had 1138 unique visitors in December to date.

SINCE the revenue figures in the ad ("$2,130.11 in sales = about $150 commission since June") an additional $1,344 in sales have been made according to the shopping cart notices from the AOM script. This translates to an additional $94 in commissions since Dec 5, for a total of $107 for the month. This may of course go up or down a bit in future, but it is clear that sales are increasing nicely. Please bear in mind though that the commissions you earn from Amazon depends on the commission structure you choose and/or the rate you qualify for (e.g. 6%, 6.5%, 7% etc.). Normally, the more sales you make at Amazon, the higher your commissions, according to their tiered system. I at present earn 7%.
