We are looking to purchase sites that make anywhere up to $30 per month.
Sites that we would be interested in should have one or more of the following
properties:
1) Revenue must span at least 2 to 3 months, or more, and can be from any source (i.e., YPN, Adsense, affiliate sales, etc).
2) Definitely looking for affiliate sites!
3) Blogs are a huge plus (but no free blogging services, such as
blogspot, etc). Typepad, MoveableType, Wordpress, and others are great.
4) Any other web site that carries good, original content (no crappy
articles from free article directories, etc). No MFA sites.
5)
No Proxy, adult, myspace, arcade, ringtone, file-uploading, image-storage, or any other turnkey sites. Also not looking for forums right now.
6) Might accept parked domains that make money (just get a hold of us
and we can talk).
We'll pay around 8X monthly revenue, give or take depending on the
quality of the site. If you want to sell quickly and have an offer in
mind, simply let us know.
We'll need the following 3 bits of information if you're interested:
1) Revenue/Profit statistics.
2) Traffic details
3) URL of the site
4) Any other info you think should be mentioned.
