I am selling this 31 directory site using phpld 2.1, all site template are unique and created by me. You can use the template to other directories you owned I will include the psd files... Or you can sell them or get sponsor for each template to get your money back...
There are available space where you can sell sponsored link later, and all the sites were submitted all to more or less than 150 sites....
