Without trying to sound demeaning or making little of the work you have done... I would have to say that you would not be able to sell this site.
Firstly the domain name is a .info and while they are liked, they are indeed cheap and plentiful to get hold of.
In terms of content your site is a directory and so the most important thing is the number of sites that you have listed... well you have 18 yet there are *free* directory scripts that automatically give you hundreds of links to get you started.
The design im assuming the the PHPLinks default as you still have their logo up.... if im wrong then its still not worth anything in terms of value.
Also the script youre using is widely and indeed freely available for others... so theres nothing stopping others spending 20 mins to get to where you have got in terms of your site.
