Over 14 million business leads included in database. Website has SIC code find, counts mechanism and automated checkout/list delivery system.

The 14 million businesses are contained in a mysql database. They were last updated in December 2006 using CASS Certification and NCOA.

Site has the ability for a customer to build a custom leads list, pay for the list, and download the list immediatly after checkout.

Site was finished with development in Jan 07, has never been advertised.

There is no traffic, the website was completed in Janurary and was never advertised.

The recently updated database of over 14 million US based businesses is included with the website.

Well this website was the brain child of a partner of mine, I put the money/time down for all data and development, he was supposed to reimburse me, now he no longer wishes to proceed with the business so I am selling to re-coup my investment.

The reasons for me not wanting to operate this site myself have to do with time and the learning curve on running an online business. My partner was going to handle all aspects of advertising and sales for the website and now is no longer involved in this project. Instead of trying to teach myself how to run and manage an online business successfully while maintaining my already cramped schedule, I decided to offer the website and data up for sale.

I can appreciate the database and site as being worth a substantial amount of money, however I do feel the site is priced a bit high as there is no traffic or sales. Are you firm with your BIN price or is there an auction starting price that we can go from?
