I am selling the forum, domain name and a years worth of hosting with Webhosting2 for a year. I am selling the site because I no longer have the skill required to mind to the forum regularily and upkeep it as I have a busy work schedule.
The site has never really been used for advertising, the right hand links are for my members to put links on and I did run google ads for the header position, which gained $6 in a week.
note * a free namecheap account is required for the domain handover.
