Im selling these sites because I have no more time to devout to these sites, one site is www.thextube.com it has alot of extra mods that were added to the site and with the proper advertising will be a hot money maker. Basically it is a website where the members of the site pay to be owners of the site and for doing so they get a percentage of the advertising revenue. You all share the revenue.
www.ebayersonline.com is another phpfox site that i was working on and have been adding new members to it slowly , no mods were added as of yet but you can as I will give the new owner all the mods that I used on thextube.com to use on this site.
All mods for both sites I paid over $200 for and I have about a hundred of them.
A license you can go to phpfox and buy one for $39 per month if you want or pay them outright. I have a database of 40,000 members from a dating site that was being added slowly on ebayersonline.com but have not finished, it has all the profiles, email contacts, pictures of users etc etc.
The sites I have some traffic pointed at it from a traffic resellers account I purchased. The sites are hosted at servage.net and it only costs me $6.50 per month to host.
