I'm new to this forum and so the PM system won't work until I make some posts on other threads so you should put your questions and comments on the thread for me to reply.
Situation:
As of about 5 months ago the owner of these sites was no longer able to invest the time needed to maintain them because of health conditions.
These are not my sites, but I'm very aware of their history because the owner is my close friend.
Basic Terms:
a. Everything listed below the owner reserves rights to sell or not sell for any reason.
b. Will sell only if offer/s meet owners expectations.
c. Exchangenet will be sold with a hosting plan. You can move on your own if you choose.
d. What you see is what you get, no warranty, no guarantee, backlinks may or may not remain, your buying as is.
e. Linkmachine software on exchangenet will be removed, links will be left though.
e. Make offers for one or more sites right on the thread.
I'm posting all of this for a friend. If any information is incorrect
I can not be held responsible.
Proof of records beyond what is listed will be provided for those that are serious buyers only.
Don't ask for traffic stats on any domains because what you see came directly from the AWSTATS.
All income is based upon the big "G". The big "Y" was tried multiple times in the last 8 months but the income was less. Y's income is not recorded below. There is also some Kont???? textual add income, though small, it is not recorded below either.
Please, no arguing about PR! If you find a domain that has more or less than is listed, good for you. I will not answer PR related questions.

Server was up and down for one month which really hurt the site in the end of last year. This was happening because of massive bandwidth that he was not prepared for.
This site uses 100 to 300 gig of BW per month, most images are stored off site, that is why it is not reflected in the logs.
Now the site is on a rebound from being down. It appears that its income is going to keep increasing once again. With a little attention this site could do amazing things.
Very established domain name with excellent possibilities.

The potential of this site is unlimited, but remember this is not a novice script and there will not be support for it. You had best know or have access to someone that knows PHP, MySql, and HTML. If you are a novice programmer, then you should think twice about even making an offer.

This site got damaged late last year from what appeared to be a duplicate page filter. He had a URL problem in the database that caused pages to be indexed multiple times with different URL's of the same domain. That was fixed a few months ago and it should start coming back soon.

Intentional Misspell - Never had ads placed on it. Very possible decent income if you put ads on it.
Unless otherwise mentioned most of these are single page sites that were purchased with intent to use. There were 4 to 8 links put into them to get the clock ticking but nothing more was done.
