Great Domain with Good Keywords
used to be used with adsense however my account got terminated for my use on another domain. I haven't touched this site much in a while as I am spending all my time on my car =] I needed to get out of my chair.
Now I could use some cash. This domain has the ability to bring a great amount of revenue so I would like a reasonable offer. I have had this appraised both through a professional and through the opinons of people on the forums and it tends to fall between $XXX-$X,XXX (provided it was still seeing 1000+ uniques and what not.
It has fallen on google as of late but used to always rank within the Top 20 with minimal SEO and NO $$$ in advertising.
