I bought
www.MorePlayerZ.com in June 2006. At that time, the exchange was hardly known and recognized. It had 50 members (some of them, inactive) and about 60,000 impressions per day. Since then, I worked hard to increase the amount of members, as well as create a quality banner exchange service for everybody to use.
MorePlayerZ currently hosts over 750 banners, and 260 active members. Historical CTR has increased during the last few months, from 1.1% to 1.23%.
Daily impressions vary from 700,000 to 1,000,000; depending on the day of the week. If the new admin is active enough, I am sure he will be able to rise this to over 2,000,000.
Current Users
The exchange is currently rotating, as stated above, over 750 banners and has 260 approved members. Banners displayed usually range from 700,000 to 1 million per day.
There has probably been a slight decrease in traffic due to a lack of updates from my side (such as a new design), as I've had my exams during the last months, and have not administered the site correctly.
Quality Control
We take cheating very seriously. To stop all cheating activity, we log most actions and monitor logs to view strange behaviour.
Reason for Sale
The main reason for me to sell the site is that I am a 5th year university student who wants to do well during this final year. I am going to sell or close all (most, at least) of my sites due to lack of interest in websites.
Time Invested on the Site
The time required to admin the site properly is not too much - I am sure that with 15 minutes/day, it would be more than enough. At least, when I was a dedicated admin, I never spent more than 20 minutes per day, unless I wrote a new code for the site.
Advertising
There has been no advertising done for the exchange, all members have signed up through word of mouth, or excess credits used on the default banners.
Hardware
MorePlayerZ is currently hosted with LiquidWeb, on a 4x2.8GHz, 4Mb RAM server with 1000 GB bandwidth. The server will stop working on the 1st of May.

Revenue Details:
When I first bought the site, back in June (Around the 20th of June), the PayPal system was not implemented properly to sell credits, so there were no real-time purchasing options. As soon as I implemented this, the first sale was made.
Real revenue should be linked to visitors (and revenue from those visitors) to my other sites, as I used excess credits to promote those. I have had over 8,000 daily hits to one of my sites - that could be up to $50-80/day with YPN (which I do not have).
Banner sales have been disabled during this sale (as of today). Our usual rates are as follows (for impressions):

Sale:
I am willing to sell the site for $2,000. I would have never sold the site for this amount, as it is an established source of revenue and helps advertise your other gaming-related sites. However, I would like to encourage a quick sale.
Payment via EFT for seller's safety. Buyer pays the fees. If buyer requires, a contract may be signed prior to the sale.
