The site does generate revenue, the average CTR is about 2% however the traffic varies a lot since I did no advertising.

I've submitted the site to several high PR directories so I expect rank to improve in the next few weeks.

What hosting requirements is there? (I.e., space needed, bandwidth ect)

Linux or windows?

Easy to install? will you install it for the winning bidder?

Current revenue is low, about $40/month, ~$400 total. You can find the complete Google CSV export posted above.

Up to date PHP and mySQL, as for space and bandwith, that really depends on how you'll set the site up (max upload file size). You can get great results with as little as 300MB of space and 20GB of bandwidth but with filesize limit 20-40MB and a lot of traffic for instance.

Space currently in use is 5.94GB
Transferring the files currently hosted is optional, however I would very much like to do so (if possible) in respect to my users.

I don't and didn't promote the site besides two directory submissions recently. I didn't participate in any link exchange programs.
Basically file hosts promote themselves once "given a boost", users post links in blogs, on forums etc.
