description: A site similar to good-tutorials.com with 1900+ approved tutorials and 1000+ tutorials pending to be reviewed/approved. Why so much tutorials waiting to be reviewed? Basically i left this site alone for a year. This site is almost 2 years old. Now i don't even have the motivation to fix it, or approve those tutorials.

Other info: the backbone to this site is scripted by http://www.xplodphp.com/ and i been using them for a while now. You can get more info about the script at that site. This site is legit, it has a lot of potential, however i'm not the one that will make this site to what it truly can be.

reason for sale: i'm a college student and tax season hit me hard. So i'm looking to make some quick bucks. Also look out for future sites which i might sell.

Sorry i don't have any from google. I tested other sites like chitika, oxado, and few others but they have the same revenue value as adsense. Which is like a few dollars cents to a few dollars per day. Even though the CPC is high, the CTR isn't that well. But then again I don't have a large amount of visitors. ^_^ that what's happens when you take a break for a year i guess >_<

About the cpx revenue. It's not from that month. It is a build up from previous months. Sorry i can't give you the detail report. I seem to have forgotten my account login, and it appears CPX interactive has gone downhill since I last used them.

For a photoshop site, i would recommend, CPM ads or text link ads. They make the easiest money. Google adsense has the potential to make you a lot of money however you need visitors.

This site has a lot of potential i think. It's up to whoever gets it to push it in the right direction. If you have any questions please reply ^^
