Hello everyone

Recently I have got an amazing new job and I really don't have the time to run many of my websites any more. So its time to start selling some of them

This site has had no real advertising done at all. With a small amount of advertsing and optimisation this site could bring in thousands of unique visitors daily.

Age of site- 6-8 months
Approximate unique visitors per month- 700-1,000 with no advertising at all.
Income- We have a very small number of Google Ad's on the site. We have made about $50 over the past 2 months
Who develops content and administers the site- Me and a friend.
How much time does it require- 1-2 hours weekly currently spent
Monthly cost of running the site- $0
Reason for selling- I no longer have the time to develop the site
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner- Definitely. I would love to see the site grow and would still continue to post on the forum ect
What all does the site include- Design, forum, blog, 2 years hosting, 12 unique SEO audio tutorials which have not yet been launched, all the sites unique content and some other extra bits

Thanks, I am really glad you like it. It has taken quite a long time to do and the design (which I must admit is bloody good) to ages and ages to complete.

I have had another PM... I am selling the site so cheap as I no longer have any time to promote the site and I can no longer do any SEO work (privately) for clients
