I bought this site 1.5 years ago & have had a lot of fun with it but now need to open up space in my server & move to other projects.
The site receives over 2 million uniques a year, which could easily be doubled or more with some work. Traffic is widespread with good search engine traffic & rankings. Excellent, quality celebrity traffic.

I think you should rethink you marketing strategy with this site. With all the annoying pop-unders, I doubt if you would get return traffic.
You should have in large print in your sales thread - 'WARNING - MASSIVE AMOUNT OF POP-UNDERS' in super large text. These sites annoy me - I do have a larger site like this and no pop-ups/pop-unders.
