Reason for selling : I bought this site a month ago and did have big plans for it, But since then I have bought another site and Im going to focus my attentions on this other site.
Description : The site is running on PHPBB which is a free forum board. I have installed a spam hack and the site recieves 0 spam I have also SEO'd the forum so you get urls like the following

http://www.xboxpoint.net/they-have-m...now-t1599.html
I have only installed the SEOd urls a week or so ago, so in a few weeks time when the urls get index by google you will see a big increase in traffic.
The site currently recieves 60 - 90 visitors a day.
