Here I am again, I'm also selling a webcam portal. Once again this script is in development by my team "moncton tech" in terms with the original developers.

It uses PHP, SQL, and Cron. The idea is like any other portal. It links to whoever's webcam url, the cron job is to check who's cam is on every 5 minutes, if the script detects change in the cam, it takes a snap shot, and stores all activity of that cam (you can review the cam by clicking on the person's cam). If the cron job detects no activity it does nothing (revised to conserve bandwidth).
I'll help reset up the script and troubleshoot problems. The script is in development so link back to the developers and/or my team's site is appreciated. Updates are the owner's discretion. It's open source like my other script, so nobody owns copyright (not even the teams that develop the script).
