Hi, I'm restructuring my business and has decided to let go most of my content sites/blog (which aren't too many).
Here's the details of one of them:
Theme: Fertility
Platform: Joomla on the front end and a Wordpress Blog on the backend
Traffic: Averaging 100+ number of visits a day (awstats)
PR: 5
Content: Over 70 unique content articles that cost me $8 an article. There are a few other blog posts.
Income: Purely Adsense income as I haven't decided to sell any text links. About $30-50 per month.

What comes with it?
The domain, and content. The WP theme IS custom made, and has been submitted to major wordpress theme sites. You get the full rights to the theme. Also, I've paid quite a sum submitting this site to a few main paid directories.
