Hi, I'm restructuring my business and has decided to let go most of my content sites/blog (which aren't too many).
Here's the details of one of them:
Theme: Coffee
Platform: Joomla on the front end and a Wordpress Blog on the backend
Traffic: Averaging 50 number of visits a day (awstats)
PR: 5
Content: Over 75 unique content articles that cost me $8 an article. There are a few other blog posts.
Income: Negligible because I haven't fully tap into the monetization yet. I haven't even begin to sell text links yet.

What comes with it?
The domain, and content. The WP theme IS custom made, and has been submitted to major wordpress theme sites. You get the full rights to the theme. Also, I've paid quite a sum submitting this site to a few main paid directories.
