Hi, I'm restructuring my business and has decided to let go most of my content sites/blog (which aren't too many).
Here's the details of one of them and the rest will follow suit:

Traffic: Averaging 300+ number of visits a day (awstats)
PR: 1
Content: Over 300 blog posts.
Income: Negligible because this is the site I've spent the least amount of effort to monetize it.

The domain, and content. The WP theme is not custom made, and you can change it to any other theme.
