Hi, we're a romanian gaming website, that is to say we're not so big ('bout 1500 hits a day) and we're looking to expand. Now, in order to do this we need someone who speaks other languages than we do. We're looking for someone who can translate our english content into their native language (prefferably portuguese, russian, and french).
You wouldn't be doing this just for fun, we're prepared to hand you an offer you won't be able to refuse. I'll be watching this thread for replies

The other languages will be separated in a similar format.
All earnings for the first six months of use by our translator will be his to do as he pleases with them (getting a personal adsense account would help you muchly)
After the first six months we will split advertising times 60%-40% (60 for the translator and 40 for vg.ro)
You are free to choose whichever banners you wish to advertise during your time.
We will also provide you with knowhow regarding cms use and up to date content as well as SEO support and keywords studies for your country
All content will belong to www.virtual-games.ro. You will however be free to post your own articles on your domain without necessarily translating them into english for use by other chapters.
