I don't make more then $2-3/day. But there are ways to increase this by submitting articles and integrate the adsense code better then I did.

Regarding the price: I never sold a website nor a domain name.

I want a few proposals to be able to imagine how much does it worth.

I intend to sell the whole site...but not for $60. Only if I sell 2-3 links for my page rank and I can have those $60.

I don't want anybody to get upset but I think $60 is a ridiculous price.

To make this thread shorter...the minimum price I will accept is $500.
