How much time does it require? It should take only a few hours a week.

7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? The domain name was just registered yesterday for one year at Domain.Com (8.95) and I have my own reseller hosting plan. I will include one month hosting for free (negotiable).

8. Reason for selling? I don't have time to fully develop it.

I first bought it to sell it, then I was going to keep it after I put a little work into it, but then I realized I don't have time to keep up with it!

No. This is an older, common script with some modications made by me.

I believe in the hands of the right Administrator this site could do well.
