1. Fully integrated with adsense.
2. Site can be monetized well on link selling.
3. I haven't sold any links on the site so new owner have the rights to remove all links except for the theme copyright.
4. Link partners will be notified prior to the sale for them either to retain or remove the sidebar links.
5. No additional work required since most seo plugins are already installed.

Traffic is average due to site's inactivity but I believe it will bounce back to its current ranking if there are activity for just after a week or two.

I have sent $85 and got a response two days ago that he was going to send the site. I never heard anything after that.

I have contacted PayPal (although they are going to do nothing). I either want my money back or I want the site I purchased (pastazilla.com).

If you have payed through paypal you can get your money back. log in to paypal and its some where in the left hand menu on how to cliam your money back. Also you might want to wait a week or two he might of gone on holiday.
