From text links to banners ; banners to buttons etc. all brings from $700 to $1500 / mo. If advertising packages are promoted well owner can make much more money. The site I promoted much is
www.onlyphp.com which has PR7 and very good results on google. (Search the terms "free php scripts" , "free php hosting" , "php scripts" etc. From #2 to #5-6 at Google). There are people who are interested in advertising their under categories (Sponsored Listings - See Other Resources for example.) I charge $10 and there are about 4 advertisers = $40/mo.

www.onlywebmasters.com gets submissions everyday and growing daily. All sites were submitted to search engines however not much optimization was done.
I'm not into selling these sites I just want to see appraisals and if I sell I'd sell the whole network of sites.(
