Hello Buyers!

I need some information for the auction! Basically I own an image/file hosting site. The site launched on Aprial 2007 and the site is grown very well. The last month (June), I have received 464120unique users.

The Alexa rank has been moved from 1 million to 18k and the site kept moving fast. During the past 3 month, the site is grown very fast and I believe the site will be one of the best hoster in near future. The domain also has top repetitions. But the question is how much I could sell it for?

I am consecrating on selling my site from the date I launched! This is why, from the beginning I am trying to build the best repetition as possible and not thinking to make any revenue/earn from the site because I am always thinking to sell the site once the site become populer. But I believe that at less I have to proof some evidence of earning structure to show the basic step. This is why I have placed adbrite and CPM ads (daily i get180000 Impressions Average). As you know adbrite is a low pay publisher and I have RMX CPM. After I placed their adverts I am earning average $500 per month but you could make more because you can place Google adsense, etc… and you will only consecrating on earning but my consecration is different than earning which just selling the site.

I am thinking to start my auction start from $30k once I ready to sell, but right now I still thinking to make my site more popular than now. Currently I reached 18k in alexa but I decided to sell the site once my site is moved to 5 to 8k in alexa is because I want to sell a quality site to buyer.

The question I already asked but again, please replies me,what you willing to paying for my site which getting 464120 unique user per month averagely? (image/file hoster)

I wonder why you would want to kill the hen that is laying you golden eggs. With such great traffic Ithink you should carry on. $30K is anyway too much a price.

Yes i still want to sell the site but when i am ready to sell and when i feel that my site can sell it for minimum $30k. right now i'll continue to promote my site.

I am expecting to selled for minimum $30k in near the future so no way i sell my site for a cheaper price like you asking and if u want to pay me 3 month revenue, why should i keep the site and get the money? lol

by the way i am not forcus on earning revenue from the site cz as i said my focus on selling the site but if i really forcus on revenue and place google adsense or some decent contextual ads, i will earn more than $2000 per month for sure. there is no doubt about it. which mean in future i could earn more than $5000 per month if i forcus on revenue. so there is no way i sell it for cheap price like you asked.

PS: Right now i am more focusing on PR, anyone got any tips to boots my PR? basically my site is very new and thats the reason still my site ranked is PR0. so hopely when Google re-ranke, my site i will be PR5 or PR6

I agree with the last poster why an earth are you wanting to sell this site if its anywhere near as successful as you claim, why focus on selling the site when you can make just as much as from google adsense or contextual ads, none of it ads up.

Well, i said i could earn like how i described using adsense or some other contextual ads.

the reason i want to sell site because i need the big ammount of money to build a dream project which i am plaining to develope from past few year. this is why i am keep safing lots money and by selloing the site i could get few more K(Gradnds) to start the project immediately and i can be one of the richest soon. lol..... but i will even if you think i am joking.

this is not just a reason. the other reason i wont have enought time to keep on maintain the imagehost site right now because of my study and university.

thease are the reason which made me to sell the site. by checking in alexa, you can belive me i am not liing about the traffic..

do a small maths and predict, how much clicks u think u able to get and how much money you could earn.

just to check a sample, i placed adbrite and CPM ads.

i nearly earn $850 last month. but if i placed adsense i could get more as i said but i will place adsense if i didn't sell the site very near future.

Daily i am getting 400+ clicks. monthly 450k unique visits, daily i get more than 200k impressions. but i think, the person who buying my site can make more clicks and earn more money for sure.

remmber my site just lauched some way in Aprial, for such a new site i became very populer in short term. imagine the future.

in google just seach a word Unlimited ImageHost and there is lot other keyword will bering my site in first page. this is one of the special news right now. i am still trying to make my site is one of the best site.

english is not my first language but thank you for your advice and i try to improve my garammer.

mate, i can show the proof of earn and the web log to show the unique visit and etc......

but right now i not ready for selling my site, for that reason i am not intrest to show proofs of earn but i show the unique hits log. give me few minutes and let me get a screen print for ya.

remamber dont evern try to say is scam after seeing the proof and please remove the bad comment you made me above saying scam after you see the proof log i am going to post below. i am making this request, is because i am trying to build a best Reputation and i dont want to loose. thanks.

almost same visit i think but from the refferal, i am getting lots in my view point.

end of the day, not all of them willing to upload picutures. so everyone are viewing main page at the same time! each day, 10GB bandwidth and minimum 50MB space is in use. but you have to remmamber the site is very new but in future my site will be increase the usage by many time.

currently the running in high spec server. and server load all time 0.3%

before i sell my site, i will make my site best as possible. day by day my site improve lots.

i understand your concern why do i want to sell a decent and great site? but listion i have told you above i am no longer intrest in imagehost and want to have a site that can get multi-million unique visitors per day. e.g like youtube. with my dream project, i am capable of geting the traffic like youtube. also i dont have time to maintain when i am thinking to develop a dream project and also because of my uni. if i sell this, i can forcus maximim on develop my drem project and possibly sell that site to leading big marketing company. i am ain't joking about the dream project. you will hear about it very soon.
