Do you have permissions to sell those templates? If so how much do you get?

you may want to get your facts straight before you claim that these templates are from the source you listed,one of the templates used is from a open source and am allowed to modify as i please,two of the templates are turnkey and have a reseller license for,the other and last site is a affiliate program script which i bought,all sites are legal

I'm talking about the templates you're selling at templatechamp...do you have permission to sell them?
