I am willing to give the buyer some really good training for operating, maintaining and updating the website over the phone. Plus I will do any minor customizations to the website that the buyer would like done.

I can give you my personal guarantee that the website performs the way that I have shown. I've been doing internet marketing for a number of years now and my reputation is very important to me, so i would never make a guarantee that I couldn't keep or live up to.
