Little explanation for this special PHP script:
Every page where members join or login have an extra php code in them.
This first will check for proxy and for the country of the IP-address.
When a IP-address isn't from the allowed list it will be rerooted to page where it says not allowed.
Meaning none allowed country's canonly see the index page, use the contact form and advertisers section.
The list of country's can be changed to the new members terms.
