Hello all,

Got a very nice offer for you. www.SurfaceRipple.com <Website and PR4, 2-3 year old domain name domain name> and www.SurfaceRipple.co.uk (forwarded domain - but using it to demonstrate the old site).

I am selling all of this to anyone who can place a reasonable offer.
Why am I selling this website? - Because luck has failed me

.. I put alot of effort into this site but it seems I am getting nowhere with it so would prefer it went to a better webmaster than I abandon it all together.

What am I selling?

The old website:
- PhpBB 2.0.18 forum with over 150 modifications including RPG (over 100 zones, 1500 monsters, over 20 characters), ctracker security, cash mod, categories hierarchy, myspace profile mod, arcade mod (with 30 games) unique template and lots more (pm me for more details). + Old Database.

- vBulletin 3.6.5 leased license (8 months left) with premium style which has been modified with logo, graphics and flash animation and various modifications (see www.surfaceripple.com) + New Database

The content

120 ACTIVE members (not spammers), over 12,000 posts

Various directory inclusions

In a bid to increase popularity of the site 2 years ago the site was submitted to various directories and has solid inclusion in a good few including dmoz which helps generate it's PR of 4.

Unfortunately hits have gone down in past few months to an average of 400 hpm but this is due to recent inactivity. Anyone thinking of buying this site and content should think of it as an investment as it already has a place in the ever popular teen genre it just needs a bit of advertisement to boost it's popularity. You could even make another totally different teen website using the old phpbb system.

Because it is costing me money in hosting / renewing etc and I dont have the time and the money at the moment to run this site successfully since I am attending full time college course w part time work and then uni next year.

The problem in hits going down is that all the teens are now at facebook or myspace they are not interested in forums anymore. 120 active members is not really a lot for an international site. So it is not so hot.

But maybe you can sell it on other grounds. Can you post traffic stats? Do you have traffic from google and what keywords?
