That isn't what the Yahoo "dynamic URLs" tool is for.

It's to tell the Yahoo indexing system what parameters can be ignored for their indexing . So if you have sessionid's in the URL you would set ?session to be ignored.

Is what you are asking about is URL rewriting? The so called "search engine friendly" URLs.

If so your forum has no need for it. Applying rewriting and redirects now would cause disruption and loss of any SE traffic for 4 to 6 months and a gain of nothing after that.
